"Trains"

Lewis Bogaty is a photographer living in Ardsley, NY. He primarily photographs the outdoor world in motion, whether birds in flight, wild horses, athletes, hot air balloons, or landscapes at moments of transition. In this exhibit, he focuses on trains, both steam and diesel, as they hurtle down the tracks in scenic settings, and captured in fog and snow, in the glow of sunset, and in the dark of night.
His train images and nine feature articles have appeared in Railfan and Railroad Magazine and Railpace Magazine, including eight cover photos. His steam railroad photographs taken in Cass WV won an unprecedented first, second and third place in the 2012 George Greenacre Photo Award of the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association.
